You may delete your account and discontinue services from Wallace Finance Co. (“Wallace”) at any time. Below are the methods you may use to delete your account:

If you are unable to access your account, unable to access the email associated with your account, or have an issue with identity verification, email support@wallacefinance.io from any email address. A Wallace representative will work with you to complete the account deletion.
Wallace is a SEC regulated Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) and is required to maintain certain user/client data, even upon account deletion. Information such as transactional data and identity verification data may be kept for a period of up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law.
